The Begining

Hi, let me introduce my self – my name is Donald Bailey and I’m the head coach of the Erin Mills Soccer Club Rep “C” Team.

I stepped into the coaching arena in 2007 for the very fist time winning the U10 Girls house league Championship - then winning the U11 Girls Consolation Championship the following year. I believe it was my competitive nature and the ability to acknowledge and work with different player’s soccer skill levels that I was presented the Rep “C” team by EMSC.

A few milestones since I’ve taken over the 97 Rep “C” Team.
